Refund policy
RETURN
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days without giving any reason. EU law grants you 14 days, and we voluntarily extend this to 30 days.
The withdrawal period expires 30 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods. If you ordered multiple goods in one order and they are delivered separately, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement before the withdrawal period has expired. You can do this by:

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
You have the right to return unused goods purchased from Jonn Designs within 30 days from receiving the products for a full refund. You do not need to provide a reason for your return. You have to inform Jonn Designs about your decision to return the goods, either by email or by attaching a statement to the return package. In your statement declare the type and quantity of products you want to return.
EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. Please note that, after we issue the refund, it may take 5–10 working days for the payment to appear in your account depending on your bank or card provider.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

Send the product back no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. Please not that you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
CONDITION OF THE GOODS
You may inspect and try out the goods to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning as you would in a shop. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than this. If the goods are returned with such diminished value, we may deduct a corresponding amount from your refund; this does not affect your right to withdraw.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven't received your refund after we have confirmed it:
1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. Contact your bank - there is often processing time before a refund appears.
4. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@jonndesigns.com.
LEGAL GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY
Independently of the right of withdrawal above, consumers in the EU benefit from a legal guarantee of conformity for goods of at least two years. If a product is faulty or not as described, contact us at contact@jonndesigns.com and we will repair, replace, or refund it in accordance with applicable law.
