Refund policy

RETURN
You have the right to return unused goods purchased from Jonn Designs within 30 days from receiving the products for a full refund. You do not need to provide a reason for your return. You have to inform Jonn Designs about your decision to return the goods, either by email or by attaching a statement to the return package. In your statement declare the type and quantity of products you want to return.

To return your product, mail the product to:

Please note that you have to cover the cost of shipping the goods back to Jonn Designs.

REFUND
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Refund is initiated once the goods have arrived to our shop and they have been inspected. Jonn Designs will send you an email to notify that your returned goods have been received. If your return is approved, the payment will be returned with the same payment method that was used for the purchase. Please note that it may take 5-10 working days for the payment to appear in your bank account.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.
- Next you should contact your credit card company if applicable, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted to your bank account.
- If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@jonndesigns.com again.
